CEO of STP and graduate of University of Maryland Baltimore with a Masters in Social Work Ahmein Watson has many years of professional experience in his field, ranging from mental health to drug abuse. He also holds many certifications as well as positions including at STP, University of Maryland Medical System and providing therapy through his own practice. His clientele include both children and adults. During his spare time from clients Ahmein is a professor at Baltimore City College teaching drug counseling to future social work graduates.

Jay Martin Henderson Sr. CSC-AD

I am a Certified Addictions Counselor. I have worked with families and children with mental health, substance abuse, and legal issues for the past 14 years. I have worked as a court assessor, counselor, mentor, PRP worker, life skills facilitator, male involvement coordinator, and motivational speaker to prenatal mothers and children. I am excited to work with the Succor program staff and participants. My counseling style is client focused; strength based, and designed to meet the client needs. We at the Succor program bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to address community issues and family needs.

Novena Noakes

Ms. Noakes joins STP as the Director of Operations. She manages strategic planning, community relations, financial and human resource functions. Her background includes working as Director of Workforce Development with St. Vincent de Paul, Director of Operations with Commmunity Law in Action and previously serving as the Business Manager for a non-profit charter school in Baltimore City. Ms. Noakes is passionate about human services and dedicated to improving programming that supports change in her community. Ms. Noakes holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is finishing coursework toward a Masters in Business Administration.
